Used this travelling in Vancover & Vancouver Island. I had this as a secondary sim and it worked first time with no setup required using the Rogers mobile network in Canada. Absolutely no issues with connectivity, even in remote areas along the Sunshine Coast. I'll definitely be reordering another if needed.

This was supposed to be a worldwide SIM card , when we got to Canada early morning , the sim would not sync up to my mobile , tried to contact seller on app but not recognised , tried to ring them but no reply , completed several online forms asking for help but no reply , managed to find email address for this company and later that day one of the managers replied with , I need to set it up correctly. I emailed again but no reply, the next day he came back again and said after looking into your issue I can see it’s a problem at our end , we can send you a new sim but would take at least a week or you can have a full refund , neither of these options would help me get data . One of the other manager sent an email to me apologising and said when you get home from holiday give me a call and we can talk about what went wrong , this was back in September, I have since tried to contact him asking for and deal for my next holiday and would give him a chance to rectify this problems we had . That was about 3 weeks ago but he has yet to reply , would I use these guys again , I think not , you have been warned , Amazon was told I returned the sim as not required which is not true , the sim was useless , set up wrong by these poor service company .faulty goods

Would highly recommend (Android phone)Very easy to set up following instructions provided. I did this a couple of days before leaving whilst still in the UK. 30 days starts as soon as activated.Visited Canada for 3 weeks. Once I arrived the SIM was working almost as soon as plane landed with no problems. Worked well in Vancouver, Vancouver Island and in the Rockies. It uses the Rogers network provider over there. I got excellent 4g signal almost all of the time, with fast speeds. Use mainly for navigation, research, WhatsApp and streaming music. When my wife wanted to use internet, she was able to tether off my phone with no issues. Overall used about 5GB of data, but this was with "data saver" on most of the time and connecting to hotel Wi-Fi when available.Only downside is lack of calls/SMS, but only needed to make about 3 calls whilst there, which cost about £1 with existing provider. Using my phone's dual SIM slot, I was able to set this SIM to handle all data and existing SIM to handle just calls and SMS.Overall, I couldn't find anything cheaper which could offer as much data. The Rogers network in Canada seems to be a really good provider over there and the SIM was incredibly simple to set up.

Further to my previous review. The company’s MD phoned me today & has been kind enough to refund me. As a result of our conversation He has said they will add ‘please read me’ guides to our sims so customers have a point of reference if needed if the sim doesn’t work at first in a user’s device. Must say I’m very impressed that they have acted on my review & feedback. As a result I’ve increased my review rating to 5 for their first class customer service.The SIM card was supposed to work abroad, in particular the Caribbean. I bought 2 for my recent trip but only activated 1 - good thing too as the sim would not work overseas at all. However it has worked on return to the UK. A complete waste of money. I would give it 0 stars but the site won’t let me!

Sim bought fitted and activated in one of the listed countries (UK) when arrived in the Caribbean initially kicked in then lost signal, I assumed just a bad signal after a couple of days with no internet, I managed to contact them and they then got Vodaphone to refresh and new setting were sent. After that the sim was brilliant worked on every island we visited. The cost of internet on board the boat was £49 per week with limited data 1.6gb so in my opinion this sim is the solution a bit fiddly to set up but worth it. You can also tether and with 25gb there is more data than i needed. Also works on board ship when near to the islands. Signal was mainly 4g which was fine for me

The company's customer service is great. They respond to phone calls and emails fairly quickly. After activating the sim, I used it for a few days before travel to test signal strength. Had 4 bars first day but this then dropped to 2 and 1 bar. I contacted them to ask why and was told a lot of people are using the network in my area.I then travelled with the sim and it did not work. I'm sure it is because my destination country requires sim registration in that country. Either way my money was wasted on the travel sim. So no, it's not as simple as take away with you and use. Check your destination country to find out if you can use the sim there otherwise, buy a sim when you get abroad.

I purchased this for use while I was in Canada. It worked extremely well. There was only one day were I could not access the Internet and they reset it and it worked fine the next day. I didn't use the full 25gb so had plenty of data. It was easy to set up and I have a dual sim option so just swapped over to the prepaid sim card and it was no problem.if travelling I would definitely recommend this. Please note there is only a UK number to ring for technical support but when I had issues I was able to correspond by email as I was able to use the Internet but this becomes a problem if you don't have access to the Internet. What would be useful is if you have purchased the sim card that you can top it up if you need to after the expiration date. As im going away again in June and was told I would have to purchase another sim card rather than topping up the one I have.

I purchased this SIM to use on a cruise. The seller activated it pronptly and it worked in all of the locations stated in the description.Be sure to follow the instructions and you should not have any issues-I turned off the SIM while at sea and in ports where it was not supposed to work. The connecton speeds vary in different locations, but it was always superior to the ship's WIFI.

We are in Jamaica and followed all of the instruction to activate SIM card. Doesn’t work. Haven’t heard back from company. Sent them email…..nothing. Can’t call because guess what SIM card won’t work. Complete garbage. Will be disputing this charge with credit company!!!!!!

Both sims did work however it took a good long time waiting in the airport to get up and running waiting on them to activate. Our biggest disappointment was that you could not make phone calls which was not advertised in the listing. We made phone calls in the airport so we assumed we could but apparently it was only because we were on wifi. We found ourselves in predicaments because the network provider was blocking phone calls over network. It was also weird because it took us calling other people over WiFi with caller ID to find out our phone numbers. When looking at sim card settings it said phone number unknown and we were not emailed the info. Very inconvenient overall and would not use this sim provider again.
