Exactly what is says it is
Not much to say other than this module is exactly what is says it is and provides 4 working buttons.

Works well, Arrived Crushed
Product was what I expected but Amazon shipped it in a flat bubble mailer - pins were bent over when it arrived. Salvaged it with care...

This thing is much smaller than it looks!
Great for early stages of Arduino development, plugs right in no jumper wires required. The buttons are very small and close together.

Works great, needs better packaging though
Mine arrived in nothing but an ESD bag, with some pins bent in transit. I subtracted a star from that. The buttons themselves work fine thankfully.Remember, they're common cathode/"active low". And, you should use a pullup resistor, or if you're using Arduino, declare them as "INPUT_PULLUP" pins, not just input. See example code in photo, no debouncing included.

Working well so far with an Arduino Uno
These should really be packaged in a box or something protective in order to prevent bent pins and/or a cracked PCB. Fortunately, I received mine quickly and it was in fine, working condition.I bought one of these with the intent to use it to control an FM radio running on a Arduino with a small I2C OLED module, and an Si4703 FM receiver module. It's worked great so far, handling frequency up/down and volume up/down controls.

Bad shipping, possibly damaged or defective
The module was shipped poorly. I almost missed it in the box because it was jammed under the box flap. It isn't behaving logically. It is either damaged or defective.

Poorly packed, required repair upon receipt
Module is packed without protecting the pins...4 of mine came with bent or totally damaged pins.
