Having read some really positive comments, I ordered myself a jar of Cute Nutrition chocolate shake.Arrived on time and was well packaged.Really easy to make just follow the instructions on the jar.I've used milk and water and both have the same taste only difference is the milk has a better thickness and smoother texture.Only been using it for a few days so can't really notice any difference in weight but it definitely makes me feel fuller and I'm not snacking in between.I'd definitely recommend giving this product a go

Been using these for a couple months now, along side a calorie deficit diet!!I make them up the night before as I like them thicker!!I've lost 2 stone in 5 months on them!! (alongside calorie deficit!!)I alter these as they are quite sweet!! So I use two spoonfuls of this and use a scoop of the Multi Collagen Protein Powder I found on amazon for bone health.So they last longer and I dont have to have another drink with the Multi Collagen Protein Powder.I am now experimenting with alt milks to make the calories lower lol!!My Favorites are:Birthday CakeStrawberryBananaCookies and Cream!!Raspberry and White Chocolate, is ok, very sweet and I am a sweet tooth!! Very artifical tasting too!!Mint Chocolate, is also very artificialCherry is ok, again very artificalGoing to be trying the other flavours, like the look of lemon icecream!! Might be ideal to freeze?? LOOOLThey are pricey! BUT I did a lot of reasearch on ingredients in meal replacement shakes and this was by far the best shake for me!! I HIGHLY RECOMEND!!!

The product itself tastes really nice, you can use water or milk but I use coconut milk which gives it a good consistency. I use it for breakfast every morning and it does the job for filling me up for the day. It’s easy to prepare and takes no time whatsoever. I wouldn’t go onto the actual site though as when I did it was unrealistic models using this product which put a bit of a dampener on it but as a product it does help.

I really liked the flavour of this shake and the bottle made it easy to prepare. I used oat milk and it made a lovely thick shake, some days I watered it down a little or used water, which were also pretty good. It is definitely a bit grainy if you make it with water though.I used these shakes to replace my breakfast and found that they kept me fuller for longer than a bowl of cereal or fruit did. I normally drink one around 6/7am and that’s all I need until lunch at 12/1pm. I’ve used them in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet and exercising 3/4 times a week and steadily lost around 0.2/0.5kg a week.I’m not normally a lover of very sweet things, but I don’t find these shakes too sweet. Although that might be because I make them with oat milk. I also tried them with almond, but wasn’t so keen on that flavour combination.Overall I am really happy with these shakes and I’ve since also tried the salted caramel, strawberry and banoffee and liked them all too.

This is a great alternative to the more expensive brands such as Herbalife or Arbonne. I've been using these shakes for about 4 months now and no complaints. I mix mine in a blender and add bananas. I have a shake for breakfast and a shake for lunch and eat low fat foods such as a boiled egg and fruit and they keep me full until late afternoon. One container lasts just under 2 weeks. Love the shaker that came free.

Must admit, it does taste like strawberry cardboard. I've been putting a big amount of decaf coffee in to help the taste. Have to use decaf as I put about triple the amount in. Drink it in large mouthfuls, does the trick, I have lost some lbs. I have been having a shake for breakfast, a banana, a shake for lunch and then a general dinner. Qnd had the weekend off. Back on it today, but felt more hungry. Still going though.

Excellent tasting shake!! I researched this before I bought it to ensure it had good flavour. I am not disappointed. Mixes well with milk. Tastes good with water too!! The bottle is good and can go in the dishwasher. All in all, excellent value for money. I've I've replacing breakfast with this and calorie counting (1600 per day) and so far I've lost 4lb in just over a week.

Ok so the flavour took some getting used to and thought there would be more cookies in or atleast flavour I prefer it with cold water 200ml then 50 skimmed milk blended up left in the fridge to be really cold then ice it's actually really nice now I've finished the tub and none left I prefer the flavour more than slim fast now.I don't know if it's helped as of yet I've just bought scales be honest in saying at first I made it with skimmed milk I didn't feel full and did want to snack but with the combo above worked great for me I don't know why ha
