A tried and true standard!
These have been around for decades, used in hospitals and home settings. The "velcro" is quite hard to pull when they're new, but after use and laundering, it loosens up. They are great for lessening tension on the catheter, and there are more than one way to secure it. If you secure it between the "tag" (balloon appendage) and catheter, it prevents any pull directly on the catheter. As a retired R.N. and using one of these now, I recommend this! Get two---one to use/one in the wash.

Well made and cheap!
The hospital supplied glue on cath. restraint lasted 3 days and then I needed to use surgical tape to hold it in my leg. Not fun and the adhesive will be off my skin by Superbowl Sunday with luck! This restraint is easy to put on as well as take off and I can switch it to my other leg easily. Something I couldn't do with the glue on during my day without difficulty. With 2 to A pack you can wash one and hang it to dry while using the other and the price won't break the bank!!

Works good.
I found this to work fairly well. Yes it will move around, and slide up and down and require constant adjustment. Initially I just taped it in place and it was all good except the tape wouldn't stay on, so I abandoned the tape and just went with adjustment. I found it important to keep it from pulling too hard was tape the tube before this. 5 stars would have been zero movement. Easy to adjust and flexible enough to not cut off blood supply.

Tends to slip
I had to wear the strap high on my upper thigh because my catheter was so short, so it was a losing proposition from the start. What would help would be a lazy zig-zag line of either a hot melt glue, or silicone adhesive ( to allow for the stretching of the strap) when you put it on. Or just stripes of it! I was about to try that when I was taught to self catherize......now there is no need.

He however didn't like it when he was walking due to it slipping ...
This worked out well for my dad when he became bed bound because I could move it around to change clothing and such. Additionally. it did not leave the gooey residue that a stat-lock produces on the skin. He however didn't like it when he was walking due to it slipping down his leg, therefore, pulling on the catheter.
