The night before washing my hair weekly, I mist my hair to dampness and part my hair in sections for about eight braids for sleeping. Parts don’t need to be exact and I only section in ways that don’t break single strand snags.I slowly spread the butter down and threw my sectioned hair from the roots (you could do the scalp but I don’t) to the ends. I used a wide-tooth comb to detangle and distribute, and then I braid! The whole process takes 30 minutes and there isn’t much shedding to collect from the comb, either.I completely changed my diet, supplements, and hair product regime about 3 months ago. My 4b hair is growing beautifully and I’m so happy that new habits are paying off. Because there’s so many recent variables, I can’t say that this mask is the answer, but it’s natural, lovely to work with, and can’t be hurting the process , so I give it five stars.
