My only criticism is I have tons of dandruff that I scratch (I know I know) so when I first did the treatment the first step tingled to burned as my scalp was irritated. I would wait a bit until your scalp isn’t freshly scratched up. Feels great though and the menthol is like chewing mint gum and drinking cold water but on your head. I have been using this with other products and my head is less itchy and flakey.

I was even more careful than the instructions said and added extra water and try to keep it just my scalp. Thank God I didn't wait the full 5 to 7 minutes because I was stinging within 30 seconds. I waited about 2-3 minutes before I just needed to rinse it off. It started clogging the drain but the water eventually went down. I figured the conditioner wouldn't be as bad but my Skin's felt so irritated when it was slightly near my neck. It also did basically nothing and dried out my hair even when it was diluted with other conditioner that is usually very good. I honestly felt ripped off when I saw how tiny the packets were and now I feel even more ripped off that my skin is very agitated and dry. Hopefully some hair oil will fix it and it'll be fine. It also dried out my skin will rinsing down my legs and back

I used this set last week, and it was nice to reset my hair. not sure if it is placebo effect, but i am taking the results and going to be happy LOL

I didn't see any difference in my hair at all.

I personally like these products, they did work how they said, however, I gave it 3 stars because the treatment packages are so small for the price & because of how small they are, they didnt get my complete scalp so I had to use a different product 2 days later. I will say tho, my hair was very dry & brittle before using this & now it's very very soft. I would recommend this product if the packages were bigger or they were cheaper

Its like skincare for your hair. The texture of the grey packet is very interesting and takes time to get use to because it is ascorbic acid (Vit C) so it becomes a bit gelatinous when you mix with water. It takes some time to figure how to really work it into your hair. Also I'm not a huge fan of the protein treatment I don't think it really did anything.
