But as I bought them for our cookout hood, and not a fridge, where you wouldn't particularly want a warm white, they suit my purpose.As I have only just fitted these LED bulbs, I cannot rate them for longevity.Recommended product, and Seller.Second review:I fitted these bulbs during a sunny day, which must have affected my judgement of the colour tone. During the evening, they do actually emit a 'warm white' light. I apologise if I initially mislead anyone.

Works Fine
From other reviews, it seems the main issue is whether or not the E14 bulb screw fits the particular fridge fitting. Thankfully it does with my (John Lewis) tall fridge freezer. Needs to be done carefully, as the bulb itself is quite small. But the light is very good - more than bright enough. Pleased with this, as a replacement 25 watt equiv bulb was proving difficult to source locally. AND I have a spare!

NOTE - It will not work on a lot of/some fridges
I like the fact that it is an LED bulb which is why I ordered.It did not work in my Bosch fridge, though the screw diameter is identical to the old one, as is the length. The problem I suspect lies in the wide and raised metal collar just below the glass bulb, see photos.I hoe that this info helps.

Unfortunately did not work in my fridge
I ordered these to replace the bulb in my 15-year-old fridge. Unfortunately, they did not work, I don't know if the fridge is too old or there is a problem with the wiring as the old bulb flickers all the time.There was no fuss to return them and get a refund

I wish I had used them before.!
These bulbs give a bright clear illumination to my fridge. They have replaced the original 25w bulb which used to 'cook' anything on the nearby shelf if I accidentally left the door open for any length of time. These run so cool, I wish I had changed it before and with the estimated long life and power consumption I have no issue with recommending them.

Bright, economical replacement bulbs
These bulbs replaced the old filament bulbs illuminating this cupboard. They don't get hot like the old ones and we're glad that the running costs are so much lower. Nice and bright too!
