Good ball for the price

Very good ball but
The ball plays great. I’m an 8 handicap and I’m able to spin and hit the ball long. My only reason that I won’t be buying anymore is because the urethane cover durability is terrible. My irons hits destroyed the ball by the time I’m in the back 9. Today I went back to a pro v1x and used same ball 18 holes and no scuff irons marks on the cover. It is a good ball but if you are a player that don’t lose balls often the. You will have to stop playing the ball just because your hits will destroy the cover prematurely.

No distance, great feel around the green
Less than 30 bucks and has good feel, but distance is not great at all. Losing at least 30 yards off my driver compared to vice pro plus. Cover durability is an issue. Hit a tree, cart path, or a hard wedge shot will scuff it. Better balls out there.

Would not purchase again
There seems to be no consistency in compression. Some balls in the same box seem to have differing compression values. The Cut Blue is a better ball, but have found that the cover tears easily, especially with wedges. I have the Cut Grey to be the best value, with consistent compreesion through the box and a durable cover.

The spin is too crazy for me.
I decided to try the CUT balls because of good reviews and price point. Both the gray and blue DC have a very hard feel upon driving. I was disappointed with the feedback on impact. It felt like I was hitting a rock. The Blue DC had crazy spin characteristics. On short chips, the ball darted left with crazy grab on a speedy green that was like glass. At the same time, while putting, as it rolled it seemed to reduced the impact of slope so it took some getting use to. I repeatedly hit a Titliest and Taylormade from the same location landing them in the same point. The Cut balls repeatedly bounced left where the other balls bounced forward and rolled up to or into the cup. On drives, it took quite a bit of concentration to hit them without a hard 10 yard draw or 10 yard fade. Again, premium balls and even Taylormade Distance flew straighter and longer. The one bright spot was grab on the green. This ball grabs like it has claws. The only ball I know that grabs better than a premium 2021 Bridgestone. That said I can't use these.

Good, but……
I carry a single-digit handicap and played the Cut DC. The ball performance was great, but the cover nicks and fray’s easily. In fact, I typically take the ball out of play before I finish one round. Frankly, I can play a Callaway or a Pro V for several rounds with little or no noticeable damage.
