The hula hoop comes in separate parts, although there are no instructions, to be honest there doesn’t need to be! It clips in easy enough, alternate the colours and you have built yourself a weighted hula hoop in about a minute!!! As a beginner there could have been instructions on technique maybe, but resolved this by looking on YouTube, so not a catastrophe.Product as described and to be honest my experience would only have been improved if there had been instructions on how to use.... but found another way on you tube for this! Thank you.

Good quality but no workout leaflet or guidance. First few times using you will get bruising.

not too heavy and very fun, hurts a bit because of the rigged inside but you get used to it.

It’s not that sturdy and feels like it will come apart. It hasn’t yet but only used it last few days. It’s also not as heavy as I thought it would be seeing as it’s meant to be weighted and I’m not sure it is. It’s okay but wish I’d got one from Argos instead.
