Excellent book! Gives great information on dehydrating fruits and vegetables in general, and addresses each individually as well. Gives ideas for recipes and how to use the foods once dehydrated.

This book gives you good guidance to learn the basics of the art of dehydrating food but don't expect that will give you an entire business plan or how to create a living out of it, that would be totally unfair since it is not the objective of the book.I'm very happy with it and it has a good Quality-Price value.
