Perfect for my taste
I am a bad reviewer. I seldom write about a product unless it is remarkably good or bad. Thankfully I found the TAJ Mild Lime Pickle to be good. I am not from India, so what I like in pickles may not be traditional.Some lime pickles are unbearably salty, or the texture is woody or mealy. To my taste the TAJ was just right. I may try the hotter version next time.
