Best anti-depressant ever made.
I take 15k everyday, and it shuts that little voice right up. Can't recommend enough. Seriously, check the corelation between D3 deficiency and self deletion. Also helps improve my memory. I always use sunscreen and avoid sun as much as I can, so I really need vitamin D supplement. This product has helped me a lot with terrible low level of vitamin D, so I keep taking it for couple of months, then have a break and then again come back to this product. So far, so good.
