This lumbar support pillow has significantly improved my sleep. I can now comfortably sleep on my side and stomach while feeling properly supported. I usually experience tightness in my lower back, but this pillow helps me stretch and decompress, gently guiding me into a more optimal sleeping position.I love that I can add or remove the insert pillow to customize the level of support and stretch I need throughout the night. Also, just a heads-up—I've used this pillow during hot nights, and despite the memory foam's thickness, I never felt overheated or overstimulated. It’s consistently comfortable and supportive. Highly recommend!

🤩I’ve used this to support under my knee, below my achilles tendon for stretching and behind my lower back at night when I sleep.My knee surgery brace basically requires me to sleep on my back but I have a 🍑”soccer booty” that’s big enough I require support in my lower back but some nights I’m in a sitting position & others I’m almost laying flat so I needed a pillow that had inserts to accommodate that.👍👍 Adjustable height/thickness bc of the inserts❣️👍👍 After removing the two inserts, it creates a dip so the sides hold me in place better.👍👍 The inserts have a smooth fabric liner over them. 👌👍👍Quality foam & exterior fabric that’s soft.👉 I don’t think that washing this is a good idea because foam products seem to morph and disfigure one submerged in water and especially so when submerged in soapy water.

I tried sleeping on this pillow to help with my lower back pain, but it just didn't work for me. I didn't find it comfortable to sleep on at all. That said, it's made a world of difference for me by providing extra lumbar support in my office chair and has reduced my back pain at work. It fits in my chair well, holds its shape and doesn't make my chair too hot. So while I am not using it as I originally planned, I still think it was a good purchase. It is nice that you can easily change the size of the pillow by adding more padding or taking it out.

I used this for the first time last night and knew right away it was going move around on the sheets. I thought it would stay mostly in place however it did not. It's comfy...I'm planning on taking it to my office and using it on my chair instead.

This might just be the best thing I’ve ever bought on Amazon. I’ve only used it for two nights, and already my lower back pain is gone. I honestly can’t believe I waited so long to try something like this. As a side sleeper, I didn’t realize how much I needed proper lumbar support until now. The pillow is super comfortable and stays in place all night, even though I tend to move around a lot in my sleep. Total game changer!

This supports my spine in the right area for sleeping on my side. I have to sleep on my side - and since I've been using this I feel better. The top 2 inches of our mattress is memory foam and for my back it is a little soft for my back. This is comfortable and I use it every night. I am so glad this was recommended to me. It's helped me a lot. I seems like really good quality and will last a very long time.

I found this to be very uncomfortable and it made my back hurt. Also, I felt that it really should have been longer because the moment you move in your sleep the pillow is in the wrong spot (probably why it made my back hurt).

I have degenerative disc disease in my lower back which leads to problems with my piriformis muscle and left hip pain. Being a side sleeper I've tried various pillows and different ways of sleeping and wake up with lower back and hip pain.My lumbar pillow arrived yesterday and last night was my first time using it. It was so comfortable and didn't feel like anything was under my side. It's wide enough that when I rolled over there were no problems with it moving or shifting positions.This morning was the first time in a very long time that I awoke without the stiffness in my lower back or twinges of pain in my hip. I highly recommend.
