I’ve purchased this serum numerous times and it has been thick and gelatinous. This looks like it’s been watered down and not thick like other serums or the derma touch I’ve used in the past. I suggest getting it direct from the manufacturer.

I ordered this and received it today ...late! The box the product was in arrived damaged as well. I use this product all the time, so when I received it today I was very disappointed. The product was diluted, it was a foul color to where it was obvious it was tampered with and it wasn’t what I paid for. The product I ordered is the first bottle. The second bottle is my almost empty product, which is why I ordered it. That is what it should look like. A vibrant bluish jelly color. Not something that looks like sewer water.
