Great Replacement for Factory Radio
This unit is a great replacement for your factory radio/navigation in your Chevy Cruze. The installation is fairly easy, the hardest part was removing the existing radio. Once you have removed the old radio, install the new radio with the wiring harness that is included . There is no cutting or splicing of wires ,just plug and play . If you do need help with the installation just email the support and they will walk you through it. Just be patience because it's a 12 hour time difference when you contact support. This radio will work with Pioneer 9 speaker upgraded system. The Pioneer system is designed to have the sound appear to be coming from the front,( Soundstage ) like you are at a concert. So when you connect this unit the rear speakers are used for deep base. If your Cruze has the standard radio everything will be the same. All the controls on the steering wheel will work, including volume, mute, change radio station, answer phone, etc. My radio/navigation quit working and the dealer wanted $1500.00 to install a new one ,this unit is a great value and has more features than the factory unit. All the controls for your AC ,heater, fan, temperature, heated seats will work with this unit. Plus now you can play music from your phone via bluetooth. Also included from the company is a backup camera to install. The camera works great and the installation was a little time consuming, mainly because of taking trim and interior parts apart, but take your time and do it right, you will be happy with the results.I now have sounds for my turn signals, door open chime, backup warning sound, etc. This unit does not have a CD player, but that was not a issue for me.This is a great unit and a greater value.

Do not buy too expenaive really low quality
The main issue this head unit has is the wifi antenna/module. To start of is old 2.4ghz band and the antenna signal is spotty even when I'm connected to my home wifi, while my wife in the same spot same connection has a speed of 100mb/s this unit only pulls 0.85 mb/s. Also Zlink never connects wirelessly because in order to work the head unit creates a hotspot to which you phone needs to connect to transfer data, but since the wifi is really bad my phone(or my wife's phone) never finds it.Other issues:- really slow when using maps for some reason it doesn't load the actual map(idk if it has something to do with the wifi issue). Even when pre-downloaded the map for offline use.- Built in mic is really bad. Tried using just the built in mic and nobody could hear me I had to tell out, thankfully they provide with an extra mic. I installed it and now my calls are ok.-its advertised as android 10 even in the car setting it says Android 10, but when you go to the actuals android settings it's android 9.- feels just like and old slow tablet.Pros:- Bluetooth works pretty good.- Plug and play, everything works including the steering wheel controls.- includes rear view camera-includes Mic (but this is a requirement)The reason I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 is I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt with the wifi issued and maybe I got a defective unit. I will try and get a replacement and see how that one works. So I will update this review. I also thinking in maybe trying the one that all YouTubers recormend the SEICANE brand one(they are also cheaper). I'll keep you posted.***Update***After speaking with costumer service, turns out the issue with the slow wifi connections was due that the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth antenna are the two small yellow cables located in the same connection as the rear camera RCA.My reverse camera had a small red cable with the RCA. I thought one of the two yellow cables was the cable where the red one should be connected (no where on Amazon description or installation says those two cables are antennas) so I splice the red to one of the two. Well turns out it was the Wi-Fi antenna. I had really slow Wi-Fi speeds and Zlink would rarely connect to my phone.Zlink uses creates a Wi-Fi hotspot then uses Bluetooth to send the information to login to your phone(this is done automatically). Once your phone is connected to the hotspot you can use the theandroid/carplay app.Since my Wi-Fi antenna was blocked I could never connect.I disconnected that red wire from the antenna (red wire is not even needed, reverse camera still works) and now my phone connects to zlink and WiFi speed improved a little. Now I think I might have cause damage to the antenna since most times I have to restart zlink app in order for my phone to find the hotspot and the Wi-Fi speed is still slow relative to my other devices connected to same network and Wi-Fi.I would see if they can send me a new reverse/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connector and hopefully see improvement. They really need to make installation clearer to avoid mistakes like this to happen to their customers.Overall zlink is the break it or make it feature since the CPU on this head unit it's pretty slow, Google maps in this head unit glitches all the time. The HI-FI feature makes this vehicle audio so much better and gives you so many options. You may try different apps from the Google play store but since the head unit is very slow you may not have a good experience with said apps.Giving them 4 stars since the carplay is included and when it works it makes my vehicle feel like a new modern vehicle.

First Week Review - Summary, I Love It!
First of all, I just bought my 2015 Cruze LTZ on Tuesday of this week. By Thursday, I had this Tesla Style unit installed. So this review is on the following Saturday, and I just finished the last obstacle, which was hooking up my factory backup camera. Yes, factory. This unit came with a new backup camera, but I didn't use it.I did run the microphone to the left side of my car (by the door). During test calls, people seemed to think that was the best location. I ran the GPS to the dash above the instrument panel. My (32GB) unit came with an email address for support. Someone answered my questions fairly quickly (the same day), which was a pleasant surprise.I was able to set the time to the correct military time, as I wanted, and it stays keeps the correct time. I was able to change the default levels for sound, because it's pretty loud (for me).I was able to connect to my iOS Bluetooth easily. And yes, this can use CarPlay, but it's not on the screen when I start the car. You have to click the blue Apps icon twice, then click on ZLINKS. After setting up ZLINKS the first time, I can get CarPlay to open fairly quickly now.The last hurdle that I had, was connecting my factory backup camera. I wasn't sure if I could. However, in my case, I did get it done. There was a factory 20-pin connector plugged into my factory radio head. This plug goes unused with this new radio. After online research, I found that the #5 pin was the reverse camera positive, and the #15 was the reverse camera negative. I used a stripped male RCA video cable and these two pin locations to get the factory backup camera up and running. If you don't have an RCA cable, search for B081TYCKC6 here. I think that RCA-to-bare-wire cable will work for this. This Android device knows when the car is put in reverse, so there's not reverse trigger wire to connect.I will update this review (if possible) if the radio status changes.
