looks even better in person
Needed trees and shrubs for a school project for my son, these looked great! not cheap looking at all like the ones they sell in the stores, I would recommend this item to anyone looking to add scenery to a project or just for play, the size of the trees are perfect.

The trees sometimes need to be taped down, but they work very well and add more depth to my village.
I have a Dickens Village I put up every Christmas. It includes a Victorian train station with passengers . The trees add ambiance add a cozy feel to the scene,

Table Top RPG's get your trees here!!
These are great for Table Top RPG's. I bought two tubes of them and use them with our D&D and Star Wars figures (28mm scale). These are great for small trees. A good solid plastic and decent paint jobs. Can be re-painted if needed with a scuffing and some acrylic paint and a clear coat to protect them. They stand up pretty good but due to gamers not being the most accurate with their hands when in the battle field... I re-based them. I just got some 1"birch round wood pieces painted them black and used Locktite super glue to stick to the base. It helped make them even more capable of getting hit and standing up right. Now if they just make a toob of cacti and other terrain plants like this in this scale... They do have a cactus in the western one but I do not want to buy a $10 toob just for the one figure in it... and I need 10-16ish anyway.

Good little package of trees I use for tabletop RPG ...
Good little package of trees I use for tabletop RPG playing. The one tree that looks kind of like a cactus or maybe a pineapple is definitely out of place in this pack but unique. They are small and very light, tip over fairly easy - but all that is worth it for the price of this pack and how many tress you get.

Great trees; smell is easy to deal with
I have several TOOBS in various categories. All are awesome in their detail and quality. Another reviewer noted the overpowering smell of the trees, and I have to concur. None of my other Safari items had this issue. I contacted Safari, and they apologized for the inconvenience and recommended leaving them outside for a couple of days. I put the trees in a mesh laundry bag and tied the bag to a table (just so they wouldn't get lost or blow away), and it worked like magic. When I brought them in, there was no risidual smell whatsoever. Quite a simple solution, actually, and I'm a little embarrassed that I didn't think of doing that myself. As an adult collector as well as a grandparent who loves to play with my grandchildren, I have nothing but good things to say about Safari Ltd's replica items!

Perfect for little hands
We are using these for doing Montessori preschool home schooling. We purchased as a learning tool but our son has been playing with them during free play time. He likes to "make a forest". Perfect for little hands. Great colors and high quality.

Best tree figures, ever!
These tree figures are beautifully modeled and painted, and perfectly sized! They look perfect with most of my other figures!

Does not stand on their feet
These trees seemed to be educational, but are very low quality. Not all trees stand on, but some falls down because of the quality of the material. Sizes are small. I did not like the paint on them. I want to wash them, but looks like the paint may tear down.
