Q: Is this 120 and 277 V ?

Hi, Dual voltage is Is 120V "or" 277V AC

Q: i purchase one of this and got it install but the led light its on all the time and i want it off, how can i turn it off ? i threw all my packaging

If it is wired correctly, the Exit sign will always be lit. The lower emergency light will only come on if there is a power failure and the battery will take over until power is restored. They are designed to meet building code regulations.

Defective plastic parts

We have been using the ECBG for some time now. when connecting the top plate to the fixture. the main body plastic clips that hold the unit into the jbox plate are snapping and breaking!! The plastic is cracking, snapping like ice.We had to secure the main body to the jbox plate with tech screws.
