I found this book a challenge to get through. Print is very small and it is a chapter copied from another book. I did not comprehend much of what I read from this book.

Delightful to read. Hereward Carrington is an amazing intellect. This book (The Fruitarian Diet) is actually an excerpt from a much grander tome that deals with Vitality and Nutrition.

It's not much use for what I'm looking for.
