Q: Can I get a set with 8 steak knives instead of 6?

Unfortunately this set only contains 6 steak knives. But you can purchase the additional steak knives you need separately (we only sell them in sets of 4)

People can be so annoying answering questions they have no helpful answers for. Yes Dahlstrong makes quite nice knife bags and rolls. They come in different colors too and yes they have the protective inner flap to help separate the blades from contact. Very nice quality product as are their knifes.

Knives are great shame Amazon didn't deliver them on time

Great knives, sharp from the get go and very sturdy, heavier than I expected but soon get used to that. Downside, Amazon not delivering on the date I paid for and not letting me know until 8pm that they were jot being delivered.
