OXO Good Grips Stainless Steel Bench Scraper & Chopper, Dough Cutter for Baking

I should have bought one of these years ago! We cook food for most meals and I generally do most of the chopping of everything. Having a scraper/chopper makes moving vegetables (or anything else) quick and easy. This is a necessity to easily transfer piles of vegetables to a heated stainless steel or cast iron pan without dropping half of them on the way. I use the sharp blade to clean up any larger pieces before transferring food. While I wouldn't use this to cut a pile of vegetables, it is sharp enough to cut one or two if nothing else is available. The OXO grip on the handle ensures the scraper is not dropped and ensures a comfortable grip and hold.

This is a beefy kitchen tool. Great for cutting dough, scraping the kitchen counter top, scraping sheet pans, and applications I haven't thought of yet. Oxo makes quality products. I love them.

Perfect for many uses. I use for baking, chopping and measuring for cutting. Would definitely order again if I needed.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great for transferring chopped meat/vegetables from cutting board to frying pan.

I like OXO products because I have arthritis in my hands. It is comfortable. However, for chopping, it doesn’t work well for me.

Good sturdy chopping knife. Good for veggies or meat. Sharp-ish.

Officially my favorite under $10 purchase this year. I had cheap plastic ones, and this one is so very much better.

Cut quality:Always wanted one. Found a recipe that recommended using one, and the price was great.
