Easy (ish) to fit and worked well
The first thing to do is have a stable test environment, where you can repeat tests. Also ensure that the 4G router is correctly configured for external antennas.!) First test was to find a repeatable position, where reflections are minimal to movements made in the room.2) Go into the router configuration and enable ONLY External Antennas. Do NOT set to Auto, as both internal/external antennas could be enabled or the router could keep switching between them.3) When fitting antennas, ensure the small SMA coax connector is done up tight and secure. Even slightly loose could mean poor RF connection.4) In the router settings, find a signal strength reading. around -70 dBm is excellent, higher the value the worse the signal strength5) Repeat tests more than once - also remembering that the signal strength indicator can take a few seconds or more, to update. It is not an instant real-time reading.6) Depending on the router, you may need to reboot to initialise the antenna configuration changes.Based on this, I then completed a number of tests using the internal and external antennas. The router was kept in the same position.Internal (typical; -79 dBm Good)External Paddle type (typical: -69 dBm Excellent)External Patch LTE Antenna with RG174 coax (typical: -76 dBm Good)The paddle and patch antenna is directional. Moving them slightly can make a difference. Also rotating from the upright position can also improve, or not, the signal - due to polarisation changes. When using the paddle type antennas, these will make direct RF connection to the wireless in the router. The Patch antennas which typically have a cable using RG174 coax, may well offer, or advertise, high gain but you MUST remember that the coax will be lossy and in fact, you could easily lose 3-10dB due to coax losses.NB. The advertised '35dBi SMA 4G LTE Antenna, SMA Antenna Indoor Network Antenna with Dual Mimo SMA Male Connectors', performed appallingly, as seen above. Finally, depending on where you are sited, signal reflections do exist and sometimes pointing the antennas in a odd angle can provide surprising results. When testing in the hotel, I had a better signal tucked in the rear corner of the room, than by the window. Conclusion, direct Paddle antennas provided the best overall performance. Hope you found this of use.

Useless Dud! Will degrade your device speed. Save your time and money
I tested my router speed BEFORE installing this antenna and got speeds of 6.5 Mbps download and 1.5Mbps upload for 3G and 25.8 Mbps download and 7.0M bps for 4G.Thereafter, I installed this antenna, went to settings and chose 'external antenna' then ran another speed test. The router speeds deteriorated to2.8 Mbps download and 0.82 Mbps for 3G and 4.3 Mbps download and 0.95 Mbps for 4G with the antenna installed.I adjusted the router to ever possible orientation, but the results were still poor.Just to be sure; I took off the antenna and repeated the tests and the speed improved. This antenna is not only useless; it degraded my router speed.Suffice to say this antenna is going back from whence it came.

We experienced Zero improvement using these antenna, returned the antennas
When these antennas arrived we had high hopes that they would deliver a better 4G signal to our B535-333 router, we also tried them on our backup B535-232 router. We run two 4G routers in load balancing mode. We powered off the routers, screwed the two antennas on to each router, and powered them on again. Once the routers powered up, we went into the settings to tell the routers to use the external antenna. We experienced no improvement in signal or signal quality, as the antenna claim 9dBi gain, all I can think is the internal antenna on the Soyea / Huawei must already have a decent gain. We chose to return these antennas and ordered an antenna designed for outdoor use; this was installed inside the house and did return an improvement in signal and signal quality. It could just be where the router is positioned isn’t ideal, but the outdoor antenna is inside roughly 3 feet above the router. It could just be our luck and YMMV.

improved reception from -90dbm to -87dbm
might not sound like a lot but thats a far stronger signal and works well. required re-start to get happy.

Works
BT indicated I was in a good area for EE coverage (apparently for outdoors that may be the case) but my EE Hybrid Connect only got 1 bar, and a test disconnect of the broadband showed that the EE Hybrid Connect didn't have a strong enough signal to keep the internet going. After fitting them, still only 1 bar but the hybrid did then work.

Wow wow wow!
Wow, I am absolutely blown away by how fast these antennas have made my download speeds quadruple if you look in my speed tests that I've uploaded .I am roughly 287 m away from the phone mast, originally only had three bars on my router and roughly an average download speed of 20 megabits per second now I'm getting well over 150 on average .For the bargain price of £11.99 this has to be the best buy I have had in ages. Fully recommend buying these and you won't regret the £11.99 you spent. My modem is from 3 network and is the new ZTE modem and these antennas fit perfectly.

Does NOT work with Huawei B593. May not fit other devices that have the SMA port in a recess.
The product description, at the time of the purchase, listed the item as being compatible with the Huawei B593 4g router. The Huawei B593 has a recess in the casing that surrounds the SMA port. The Bingfu 4G Antenna has a very thick plastic surround on it's SMA connector that does not fit in this recess. You wouldn't be able to fit this antenna on the B593without cutting some of the casing away.I contacted the seller about this and I was advised to "change the device and try again". So buy a new router to accommodate the antenna I bought from them!I have since bought a cheaper antenna from a different vendor that does fit. I've attached an image to this review that shows the router recess and the size comparison of the Bing-Fu product vs one that actually fits.If you're thinking of buying this make sure you have plenty of room around the SMA port, you cannot trust the compatibility list shown on the page.
