I purchased the Kosmocare Commode Wheelchair for my sister two months ago, and after regular use, I am sharing my detailed experience.Quality and Build:The quality of this wheelchair is truly impressive. Having tried products from other brands in the same category, I can confidently say Kosmocare stands out with its durability and design. The chair is a bit heavy, but that's expected given the strong and high-quality materials used, which add to its stability and safety.Features:Braking System: One of the highlights is the excellent braking system with brakes provided for both the front and rear wheels, ensuring full control and safety during movement.Easy Patient Transfer: Another wonderful feature is how easy it is to transfer a patient from the bed to the wheelchair. There’s no need to lift or physically strain yourself while transferring the patient, which is a huge relief for caregivers and safer for the patient as well.Areas for Improvement:While the wheelchair itself is excellent, I have a few suggestions for future models:Cushion Design: Although a cushion is provided, it is mainly suitable for outdoor use. It is not ideal for restroom use where sitting for longer periods becomes uncomfortable. It would be very helpful if Kosmocare could provide a water-resistant, restroom-appropriate cushion to make usage more comfortable.Pricing: The wheelchair is priced on the higher side, which may not be affordable for everyone. I request Kosmocare to consider offering more budget-friendly options or revising the price slightly so that more families can benefit from such a good product.After-Sales Service:I also appreciate that Kosmocare provides spare parts like replacement wheels, which helps maintain the wheelchair in the long run without major expenses. This shows good commitment to customer service.Final Verdict:Overall, I am very satisfied with the Kosmocare Commode Wheelchair. Its sturdy build, easy patient transfer, good safety features, and reliable after-sales support make it an excellent choice. With minor improvements like a better cushion for restroom use and slightly more affordable pricing, it would truly be the best in its class.

It is too small to accomodate my patient .patient could not be fitted inside. Also its overall quality of fittings are too poor and not safe for immobile patientHeight adjustment screws also not working properlyBackside lock is to hold patient into seat is not proper and opened while patient was onWheels are poor quality and could not bear load. As per Amazon policy the return has been initiated within the time frame of Amazon to get FULL refund. Also this kind of fraud seller must be blocked to use Amazon platform in future.After paying more than Rs. 33,000 , Seller is saying the item has NO warranty and item must be returned within 48 hours and without USE. The Shipping fees also will be deducted by seller.This seller must be blocked for such fraud and must be banned to use their product to be sold in Amazon.While this seller is selling the same product around Rs.25,000 , I paid 33,000 to amazon to guarantee my refund. Or else I could have purchased from seller directly with lesser amount that they offer.Please take strict action action such sellers not to cheat any other customer. I will take the matter to consumer court, if I did not get the FULL refund .

I ordered this chair for my mother who is bedridden.I must say we ordered it at a very right time. This chair has eased or work very much. Lifting and transfer of a bedridden patient is very difficult when there is increasing body stiffness due to Parkinson. She is also very happy 😊 👍🏻. Thank you KosmocareThe only feature that Kosmocare can add is: this chair should be made shower friendly. This will be easy to bathe a patient without transfering on other shower chair or commode.

Very good product & very useful for disabled person. Go for it...

We are now using it. Getting used to the different way of getting the peron in and out takes time. The hydraulic is convenient for height adjustement but prevents getting on from the front. the manual height adjustment version (which may not have this issue) was not shower friendly so we tried this one.

Quality of the product is amazing and it's easy to use

In 4 months the seat got cracks and this can hurt the patient. Really disappointed that money is wasted.

Very poor packing some slight cosmetic damage, no assembly instructions in the packing
