The Children'S Place Girls Basic Cardigan

I'm so glad I followed the instruction of the one review where it said you should order a size up. My daughter is 6 and I purchased the 10/12. It fits perfectly while also leaving her room to grow into. Beautiful school sweater with the perfect amount of thickness. Not thin and after wash and dry it still looks great. If you want multiple uses order a size up.

This is NOT the Children’s Place cardigan.It’s a knock off and very poor quality. After about 8-10 wears it is totally stretched out in the sleeves and the stitching is coming undone at the seams. It’s literally falling apart. Do not buy.

Size 10/12 L - My daughter is 10 years old, she used it for her band/choir concert and looked fabulous! Fits perfect-It also has room for a few more years. If you are a bigger size you can also use the 10/12 L because this sweater can stretch a lot. I'm a small/Medium Adult size, I tried it on and it fits me well but with a tighter appearance. I totally recommend this sweater. I hope I can find it in other colors. I'm very Happy!

This brand runs WAY TOO SMALL. I ordered a navy one last year in a 6. It fit more like a 3T or 4T. It's short in length and the arms are so short it's more like a 3/4 sleeve. I didn't take note of the brand last year, so when I ordered my daughters cardigans for school this year I messed around and got this black one in this brand. Again, way too short. A 7/8 looks more like a 5. If you choose to order from them order like 3 sizes up. Again, like others have said do not dry it or it will get even smaller. Waste of money. I am now taking a note of this particular brand and will not be ordering from them again.

Perfect for fall/ winter in Florida ( when it does get chilly). Good quality sweater. No bunching in the front when buttoned ( which a lot of Brands do ) - front seam lays flat as it should . Nice tapper at wrist , waist hem and good thickness in the neckline ( not real thin as to easily loose its shape). Fits as expected. I recommend this products especially for southern warmer climates.

Bought this sweater for my nine-year-old daughter . I feel that this sweater runs a little on the bigger side but that is OK. Something my daughter can grow into and use for a while. Quality of sweater is Great. The sleeves are not short at all when she puts her arms straight out. The waist of the sweater sits right where it’s supposed to on her hips. The buttons were tightly secured. I feel that this is a great quality sweater for the price that I have paid and I would definitely order from this company again.

Washed one time with care and as instructed and the thing looks like it has been washed 20 times already. Washed a second time and the white already looks bad. I have a water system and use TIDE free and clear and a washing machine less than a year old. It's definitely the manufacturer's issue.

My daughter is 40 in tall, belly is 27 in, chest is 25 1/2, and she weighs 55 pounds. This sweater fit right under her belly. Not long at all but covers her full belly. The sleeves are long but not to long. I didn't have to roll them up but more like push them up past her wrist and they stay in place. Its stretching but not enough to order the wrong size.
