Looks great and installed easily
Plumbers repeatedly warned us about buying non-Moen products…and even warned that they will charge us more if it was complicated to install. I tried to source a similar Moen product but being at 3x the price, we ran the risk to install the “Amazon one” anyway. We had this one installed professionally and plumber had no complaints. Worked with existing rough ins and no leaks on first try. We love it for its classic look and kid friendly features (removable spray at kid height). Also customer service is excellent: seller responded to complaint via Amazon in 24 hours. Asked for extra gaskets, missing part and extension pole (must have!) and all shipped without cost and arrived within a week —well before plumber scheduled.

Don’t waste your money!!!
Leaks in multiple places! HORRIBLE product! If I could rate it a minus 10….I would. The parts do not fit properly. My plumber and I worked on this piece of crap for 6 hours and have had to rig it with plumbers putty just to try to stop the leaking from the shower. Cute but poor design! Installation was a nightmare! Functionality - still leaking!

Dont buy. not North American startdard
We went to Home Deopt many times to get the parts to connect the shower faucet to water supply line and none of them work. Finally we found 'If need 1/2 Female G style to 1/2 NPT Male. Please contact us' in the listing but it have been more than 20 days since I contacted the Seller but I have not received the correct parts.One Home Deport plumbing expert just told me today that the shower kit is not a North American Standard product so there is no comapatible parts avaibale in Canada.Amazon let me return this although the returning window is passed. Sunch a waste of time, effort and money.Don't buy until you request the seller to mail you the non-North American standard part right after you place the order and lucky enoght to received the correct part in time.

You might need to purchase an extender pipe.
I love the style. It's industrial, modern, and vintage all at the same time. The parts are brass so it's very solid.I did change the shower-head to a speckman because they're more powerful. I also bought an extender pipe.
