Both the English and Portuguese versions are badly written - feels like a poor google translation with several mistakes and grammar issues. I’m a native Portuguese speaker and the quality of this book is offensive.Additionally, the layout of the text is poor and clunky. Gets 2 stars because the quality of the book itself is not as bad as some other bilingual publishings we tried.Tanto em português como inglês o livro é mal escrito - me parece algo que foi colocado em um tradutor do Google com problemas sérios de escrita e gramática. Sou nativo na língua portuguesa e a qualidade desse livro é ofensiva.Além disso, a diagramação do texto é ruim o que torna a leitura difícil. O motivo das duas estrelas é por conta da publicação não ser de tão má qualidade quanto outras publicações bilíngues que tentamos.

My Granddaughter is only an infant now but growing fast. My daughter married a wonderful man from Brazil, so they are raising their daughter bilingual. It is so nice to find books that they can read to her in Portuguese. Nice colorful illustrations and very sturdy construction.
