We have a farm and this product we have used for years. At least it puts a dent in the problem.

This works really well in the barn. We find that it collects LOTS of flies when we first use it in the spring , and by July there are very few flies in the barn, and even on the property. It is relatively easy to use once it’s set up . We have used this brand for years with good results. We did try a different brand once, it didn’t work nearly as well.

I feel a little deceived. The photos did not clearly show this was a very thin and ropey. I purchased as the length for price was too tempting. It does catch flies though so there is that. However, you have to peel off lengths and cut it. It then curls up on itself as it comes on a tight reel. I used a stapler as it is difficult to get a tack into such a narrow strip. The stickiness gets all over you and any tools you use. Everything you touch then becomes sticky. It seems to work best vertically but the only way I can use it up will be to string it horizontally between rafters perhaps. Way, way more trouble than it is worth. I give it two stars because it does catch flies.
