Got these for my grandma with sciatic pain and rheumatoid arthritis. She does her daily stretches as taught by her physical therapist and she says they have really helped her with mobility. Product does not smell, lightweight with a carrying bag included. Great value.

Love the bands. Have bought them twice now. So easy to use. No foul plastic odor. Use them almost daily in my workouts. Can take them when I travel. Different levels of intensity so I can tone or work on strength. Really enjoy them while pregnant so it isn't so harsh on my joints.

Great for Workouts, Just a Bit TightI’ve been using this resistance loop band for a few weeks, and it’s been a solid addition to my workouts. The material feels durable and doesn’t snap or roll up easily, even during squats or glute bridges. The resistance level is great for activating muscles, and it’s lightweight enough to toss in a gym bag or suitcase for travel.My only gripe is that it’s a bit tighter than expected, so beginners might need to start with a lighter band. Other than that, it’s comfortable, well-made, and exactly what I needed to take my home workouts up a notch.

Love these they do roll a little bit, but nothing to worry about still works well love that it came with several different intensities.

I bought these for the value, but i noticed they look a bit thin and flimsy when I stretch them (especially in some spots). Ive been careful not to over extend or "break" them because I need them... I do not like the limited stretch. Thats my biggest concern (as this isnt something i usually worry about with brand new bands).

This is a great set of resistance bands that comes in a variety of resistance from very easy or light to very heavy. I purchased several sets of these to use in fitness classes with my students. I like the pretty colors. the size works well with most people and it resist, rolling and slipping. This was a great value for the money.
