Does not last
Broken but luckily broke on the last slat I needed to cut. Very flimsy

cheap & cheerful, but does the job
felt cheap to handle, it's hard to work out how much you were cutting off using the measuring guide and it did slip quite a lot, so if you don't keep an eye on it, you will end up with different size slats, BUT as long as you are aware of this, it does the job and is OK for the money.

25 mm is the maximum depth
This item was incorrectly advertised, stating that 25 mm was the maximum width of shortening available. In truth 25 mm was the MAXIMUM DEPTH.my blinds are 50 mm DEEP so this item was useless,i had to resort to using garden secateurs instead.

Handy product
Easy to use, dont rush though take your time, I got impatient and cut a couple of the blinds crooked but that was my mistake. Cuts one at a time. Very handy tool, I would recommend this.

Poorly made
Was so thin it broke the first thin blind I cut

Design Fault
Gadget was very easy to use, however when the lever was fully depressed the distance guide was released and allowed the guide to move.I hadn't noticed that the guide had released and subsequently moved, which resulted in the slats being cut shorted than intended. I had to take the blind to bits totally, remove and replace the slats that were too short and reassemble the blind. I replaced the spring assemble with a small nut and bolt so the guide could not move,
