This product is awkward to use and not worth the trouble. I was looking to replace the Zip Lock cutting sheets which are no longer available. You pulled out a single 10x12 sheet and used it for cutting meat like chicken without cutting sheet then could fold it up and throw it away. These sheets are too large, to unweildy, can't be cut on. What's the purpose? Very unpleased with the product.

I have been using these for a few years now since I found them in a kitchen and cooking store. Was happy to find them on Amazon. Love them! They are just the thing for peeling and cutting veggies on. Since they are very long, I cut them in half vertically and then have two large sheets. You most certainly can cut on them. Can you saw away at chicken or something? No, probably not. But I peel and cut carrots, potatoes, squash and apples with no problem. I often put it over a cutting board and tuck one end of the sheet under it to anchor it. Another thing it's really good for is breading chicken - or anything, I guess. I spread it out, put a bowl with the beaten egg at one end, pour out the bread crumbs or whatever into the middle and begin dipping and breading. In the end, just roll it up carefully and, as they say in England, Bob's your Uncle! Or...you're done and can toss it without bread crumbs leaking out from a paper towel or on top of a cutting board. Keeps everything under it nice and clean - a quick wipe to capture stray crumbs and you're good to go on to the next step. Highly recommend.

It;s the right size, durable, and has many uses.
