I've been using this Bluetooth keyboard and mouse combo for over two years now, and I must say the quality is outstanding—definitely one of the best in its price range. The keyboard is responsive and comfortable for long hours of typing, and the mouse is smooth and accurate.After about two years of regular use, the mouse scroll stopped working. Since the combo came with a 3-year warranty, I reached out to the customer support team. To my surprise, they promptly replaced both the keyboard and the mouse without any hassle. The warranty service was seamless and exceeded my expectations.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and budget-friendly keyboard and mouse combo with excellent customer service to back it up.

Value for money. I'm using keyboard only because i had a mouse already. Keyboard is very nice and working fine. Specially the keys are very good. I really like that. But there is no indicator. Neither for num lock, scroll lock, caps lock nor for battery. The battery icon you see on keyboard is just for show.

So good and best product. Robust performance. Keyboard keys are very good allignment and easy to type any kind of letters. Mouse also very good to hold for long usage.

So would give 5 star to the mouse. ergonomic and overall a really nice product.but the keyboard is too bad. mushy keys and bad response altogether. the worst is the spacebar. you have to precisely hit the center. else it doesn't work. like it is too bad .to the point that you cant use your thumb to press it. you have to use your finger. the key wobbles!!!! yuck!!!!cant even send this product back. if i could i would send it back immediately!!!!!!!

Keyboard is working fine however mouse scroll stopped working after a year. As the product was under warranty, dell replaced the entire combo with new one. Very quick replacement as complaint was raised on Friday and replacement received on the very next day (less then 24 hrs). Also to note that the Dell service center number provided on amazon website it's not working and also the email ID. So you need to search for India Dell Service Center number online and call on that number. Then you need to ask to transfer the call to retail department. Though it took sometime for me do all these circus but at the end happy with replacement provided.

Keyboard is excellent, works smoothly, only issue I find is the company should have given a small space from the Bluetooth adapter on the keyboard, like if we are travelling somewhere, it would be to keep the adaptor with the keyboard so that it doesnt get lost by mistake
