ThermoPro TP358 Bluetooth Thermometer for Room Temperature with Built-in Clock, Smart Temperature Sensor and Humidity Meter with Backlit, 260Ft Hygrometer Indoor Thermometer with Data Storage Export

I have been using this product for a little over a month now. The thermometer seems to be accurate, but I’m concerned about the hygrometer accuracy. I have 2 other cheaper thermometer/hygrometers. They are agreeing at 55% humidity in my basement. The thermpro is showing 49% humidity in the same area. I’m past the return time unfortunately. I do like how it transmits data to your phone for easy viewing. There is no calibration button on the device unfortunately.I am upgrading my review to 5 stars to reflect the seller reaching out to me and helping to resolve my issue. 5 stars for customer support

Works well. I use this to keep track of the temp and humidity in my car.

Nice and helpful. I often check to look at the temperature changes in a longer period of time. The ability of storing data for days and weeks are good (probably on to the app)Two things i wish it could design differently1. I hope the clock is bigger or at least the same size. The truth is most people will need a clock on desktop and the second thing is then a thermometr. Yes this has a clock but too small and easy to overlook. I want to place a clock and this at the same time on my desk.2. I think it lose past records when replacing battery. I lost some historic record because i forgot to sync the data before taking out old battery. The sync is not automatic i think.

Works well. This device’s rechargeable battery lasts a long time. It came already charged and has lasted several weeks without needing recharging.

I just bought 2 TP371 few days ago. I have a 2-story 800 sq. ft. apt and placed one device on each floor. I installed the app on an Android phone and pair them. I quite happy so far with the charting information it provides. I am not able to verify the accuracy on either temperature or humidity. However, I have noticed that several occasions the chart shows no data. I submitted a ticket with ThermPro and they tell me it could take 2 weeks to get an answer. I dont know if the TP371 sends data to the cloud and then the app picks it from the cloud or the other way around. Would like to know if others have encounter similar problem.Since submitting the first review I have some additional issues. The app has a way to control how often the unit wakes up to send data. I have changed the setting from 5 min to 15 min but my Wifi Access Point (AP) shows that it still wakes up every 5 min.Also, the AP shows that the device uses the Eye-Fi SD card for collecting data and transmitting it via Wifi. I wonder if this SD card is from the company that no longer is in business.
