The Star Wars Cookbook II -Darth Malt and More Galactic Recipes

GREAT recipes, rules of the kitchen for kids, photos with food & STAR WARS characters (and stories)! Pages are treated so that all spills n spatters wipe clean. Well thought out cookbook and they kids love it!

Bought 1 and 2 for my 10 year old grandson who wants to learn to cook. The quality of the cookbook is very nice with laminated pages and very colorful pictures. Recipes are pretty basic but with new names to coincide with the Star Wars title. An adult should be present when reading through these recipes and determining which steps are safe for kids to do and which the adult should take care of. For instance, the hash browns, required placing a plate on top of a hot skillet and flipping over! Definitely too dangerous for a kid and even some adults depending on the pan size used.

Bought for my nephew who is a cook and Stars Wars buff, and he absolutely loved this cook book

I thought the name of the recipes was really creative and funny but the some of the recipes were random and it didn't have a flow like most cookbooks. It is pretty fun though, neat addition to the cookbook collection.

My 11 yo son loves Star Wars and is learning to cook. We stumbled across the first book at our local library. He asked if we could purchase one. I found the first and second ones on Amazon at reasonable prices. Purchased both. He's made a few things from them, and has enjoyed reading both cookbooks. A must have for any dedicated Star Wars fan. (And a cool way to get boys interested in cooking, maybe.)

This is a great little cookbook. It is choked full of colored pictures and fun recipes. Fun! Fun! Fun! The recipes look easy to make and most don't require hard-to-find or unusual ingredients. It was also at a great used price. Nice Darth Mall template included.

Purchased as a gift for my son. Christmas is still a week away so I'm looking forward to seeing his reaction. I looked at the recipes before wrapping the cookbook and they seem easy and yummy. Any Star Wars lover would like to add this to a collection.

For a Star Wars addict like my son this is great. For a caring, nutrition savvy, parent it's a little lacking in healthy food. The ingredients are all American so some are not available in the UK and the measures are American too so you have to convert everything. (e.g. US pint is 16 ounces ours is 20, etc.). That said it has lots of inspiration.

Lovely idea ........ brilliant present for Star Wars fans. Some ideas really made me laugh, and the recipes actually work too.

Ricette molto americane, non particolarmente originali, fotografate coi pupazzetti di star wars. Non che uno si aspetti autentiche ricette da una galassia molto molto lontana ma mi pare un po' tirato via. A mio figlio piccolo, appassionato della saga, è comunque piaciuto, assieme al libro c'è uno stencil in plastica per decorare torte etc. con lo zucchero a velo con la faccia di darth maul. In inglese.
