Bottle says take 2dailey . I take 1 at night and my legs no longer cramp at night in my sleep ! Let me tell ya those leg cramps would wake me up and I would fly out of bed trying to stretch it out before I cramped so bad there was no return ! Took about 3 days for them to kick in and work . But now if I miss 2 days I will start cramping again . This stuff really helps a lot ! If you have cramping this stuff is the ansewer . But 2 a day seems excessive 1 a day works fine for me

I like this magnesium supplement and I take it at night before bed. But the description on Amazon's site is completely wrong. The description says Magnesium Glycinate 1000mg (Magnesium Glycinate 500mg per Capsule) but as you can clearly see on the label (photo attached), it's only 200mg per SERVING and a serving size is 2 capsules, which means it's only 100mg per capsule!
