Just to get them apart, we'll I didn't. Gave up have double sided tape, but leaves a mess on the wall. And if you live in a warm house might be worth pinning with super tiny nails, as that's what I have tried on 2 tiles, stayer up. Juat some simple staples, but actually aren't.

Make sure to use plenty of contact glue (3M is best from B&Q) to make sure it sticks and stays in place (best technique is to spray glue on, leave it for about a minute to be absorbed, then spray on more, then imediately stick in place). Easy to cut with scissors and easy to mould to a corner or tight space. Pretty good sound absorption on internal studio walls / ceilings and fairly good for dampening echo and higher frequencies, but won't stop louder audio or low frequencies (sub 400Hz) - dense plasterboard and dense Rockwool insulation is needed for that.

I wasn't sure whether to go for these, since there were no reviews, but I was very pleased with the quality and thickness when they arrived. I had bought some from another company that I wasn't happy with and these really saved me.I needed to fit the odd dimensions of my closet so used these in conjunction with some smaller panels from another seller here on Amazon. Also, the adhesives that came with the panels were much better/stronger than the tape I'd bought!I'm loving my new little booth :)
