I bought this for my mother and have been pleased with how it functions. Setup was easy (recommend watching the video as the instructions aren't as clear as they could be). It is easy to adjust (backrest height, handle height) and the padding on the sturdy seat makes a big difference. The large front wheels makes it getting over small obstructions (cracks in a sidewalk) much easier. The sturdy support structure under the seat makes for safe a secure base when you need to sit for a bit. It handled my 6'3" 280lbs without a problem. Great brakes and locking system, which was one of the main reason I chose this one. Being a sturdier unit does mean it is a bit heavier than other units, but not un manageable. I would recommend this anyone willing to listen.

At first I thought this was a very stable walker and easy to use outside. However, after only two months of use, everything is loose. The right front wheel wobbles and after tightening it is loose again in only a week. It pops in the joints when I sit down. Those also have been tightened but are loose again in only a week. I will say it makes it easy getting through smaller doorways and spaces and is great for outdoors. But too difficult to turn indoors especially on carpet. I tried everywhere to find a customer service number but to no avail.Edit: I have since been notified by customer service and they were great about putting everything to rights. I have a new walker on the way.

One of the break cables was not adjusted correctly. Was way over tighten, to the point metal break was cutting into wheel. Took awhile to collect right tools to fix it.

Seat height is not adjustable.10” front wheels while great when used as a walker, do not allow for easy turning if you sit and push (scoot) yourself around. Design is ok for lighter people but since front wheels are so large they should have employed a “fork” (like a bicycle) instead of one-sided connection. This design allows the wheels to cock slightly when trying to scoot and makes it almost impossible to rotate the walker on medium knap carpet. I thought the larger wheels would provide better maneuverability but was wrong. My mother “scoots” >50% of the time so we’re returning the walker.

Awesome - wheels swivel at the slightest move, great breaking, maneuverability is top notch, very comfy seat. Folds crazy easy, lightweight, fits anywhere. Very, very familiar with walkers, this one is unmatched for all the details one looks for but seldom finds. Highly, heartily recommend!!

It arrived with front wheels attached incorrectly. The instructions were done by an idiot, probably the same one that attached to wheels. Once you attach wheels properly and throw away instructions it's easy pleasy.

Too small, tight for weight it is to hold.
