Dyson V6TRIGGER Handheld Vacuum Cleaner Yellow & Grey

Superb powerful hand held vacuum. I use it mainly for cleaning the car mats, carpets and boot - does this very well. Could do with more attachments but these are available from aftermarket suppliers at a reasonable price so factor that into your purchase price. Not a huge battery life but perfectly adequate for giving two cars a good clean.

Cleans very well if you buy this machine and the extension wand and floor head separately does not last long with battery life I have owned my machine since 2017 and filters are not very efficient as you have to clean regular would advise a bagged machine like Henry or a older Dyson upright like a dc07.

Having bought one of the early Dysons which was very heavy, cumbersome and nowhere near as effective as it was cracked up to be, I was reluctant to buy this but I needed an instantly available vacuum to avoid carrying the “proper” vacuum around and 2 members of the family urged me to get it.It’s brilliant. Yes, it’s a bit bulky and I would avoid the heavier ones but you don’t need the maximum power in most circumstances, so 18 minutesof battery time is fine. And it works for the worst job of all - cleaning the car.

Be aware if you buy this model, as I did, thinking your (expensive) extension rod from previous models will fit - it won’t. You’ll be stuck spending an extra £55.

I bought this as a present and at first was annoyed at how expensive it was. However when the product arrived I set it up to make sure there were no missing components and I was AMAZED. The Dyson is so light and easy to operate it beggars belief. I have a competitors hand held which I think is more powerful but it is so much heavier. I think I'll consider buying one of these for me next!

Only lasted 2.3 years. Not good value in my opinion. Otherwise OK I guess. A lot of money for a cleaner. My wife says she cannot manage without one.
