Nasya Oil 30ml- 1 | Nasal Drops for Clearer Breathing and Lubrication of Nasal and Sinus Channels*

My husband really suffers with sinus pain and blockages and this has really helped. It does dry out the skin quite a lot but he will say it id worth it for the relief he has experienced.

I was really intrigued to try nasya oil and feel it has done a good job at lubricating my nasal passage and clearing my sinuses. The product contains sesame oil as a base and two ayurveda herbs, Bala and Indian pennywort. It might be worth noting that the product contains cow's milk so may not be suitable for everyone.The packaging is gorgeous and although the product may not be the most convenient when it comes to usage, the dropper does make application easier. I quite enjoy using it and don't really find it that unpleasant. The oil is very mild and it didn't aggravate my sinuses, to the contrary I find it very moisturising and soothing.

I tried this for 4 days, used exactly as directed. By day 2 my sinuses burned as the oil made its way through. I developed a cough, and started to have a skin reaction. There's nothing listed on the ingredients list that I have an allergy or sensitivity to, leading me to believe the ingredients list is inaccurate which is extremely concerning.

I like the packaging that this comes in, it's pretty and good quality. The bottle itself is good and the dropper works well. I am not too keen on the fragrance of the oil but I was happy to give it a try. I suffer from blocked sinuses and don't like to use chemical sprays as they just make the condition worse. It was with high hopes that I tried this oil.First of all, it was simple enough to use. Just a couple of drops in each nostril, then massage the sinus area. I will admit that that was nice and relaxing. The horror started when the oil made its way into my throat. Oh, it tastes worse than it smells. The instructions say to spit it out when it gets to your throat, I had no choice in the matter because it made me sick. For hours after I still had the taste in my mouth.Of course, different people react differently to things and maybe others will find they like the smell and eventually the taste of this oil. But for me, it is a definite no. I wouldn't have minded so much if it made any difference to my sinuses, but unfortunately, it didn't. Oh well, nothing ventured, nothing gained. I hope if you try the product that you have more luck with it.

I have used this 3 times on 3 separate people. It didn’t help any of us. Two adults and one preteen. It was an interesting experience and the the flavour stays around a while afterwards. Thanks.

Save you money use Olive oil or Aromatherapy oil, if you want you can add a drop of two of the essential oil of your choice.Sadly the fragrance alleged to be in the oil I am unable to smell at all.

I ordered this as I thought it might help my nose issues. My nose has been broken twice and since have had non stop issues, especially with sneezing, allergies, those kind of things. And I love alternative natural products. However this is weird, you put a couple of drops in each nostril, rub it in the wait for it to fall down your throat then spit it out. Which I didn't like. I do think it made a little difference but I wasn't expecting miracles. Can't say I'll be using it all the time.

Not a great experience. Gold trim on bottle lid spins so makes it difficult to open. Dropper leaks so you drop oil. The instructions are in broken English and not particularly clear.It smells slightly herby. Tastes odd.Leaves a burning lump in your throat. I don't have clear sinuses after use.A waste of money.

This is the most neutral smelling oil. I have compared many. Great for dry nose. I need to try warming it. Very pleased.

I am using it since the last month and its keep the nasal area lubricated. So very useful. And in long term it will improve the sinus problem.

I didn’t know what to think about this nasal oil. Seems counterintuitive to put liquids in your nostrils, but I’ve been getting headaches due to nostril dryness and I thought I’d give this a try. After reading the instructions a few times I finally gave it a try. I was avoiding touching the nostrils so that I can keep the dropper clean, but it was difficult to enter drops in my nose. It’s gonna take some practice. The other problem I had was counting the number of drops for each nostril. But I know I got enough of the oil into each nostril and I massaged as directed.At the end, the benefits were worth it. The oil wasn’t too bad. I am able to breathe, much easier and my headache has subsided. I can feel my nostrils are lubricated I feel much better. I wish the directions had more instructions on how to clean the dropper. I didn’t insert the dropper in my nose. I just touch the side but I feel that I should still sterilize it before I put it back in the bottle. Before placing a dropper back in the bottle, I used a napkin and some alcohol to wipe it down.My nose feels good. I can breathe well, I’ll have to see how long this will last before I have to repeat.

Too strong irritant, can't tolerate it in nose...

The ingredients listed on Amazon does not say anything about cow's milk(1st two pictures); however, the bottle I received shows cow's milk (collage). Assuming it is a typo but stopped using it because I cannot have cow's milk due to allergy. Returning time-frame is over. What a waste of money.
