Correct installation required.
I initially installed it and it fell off the wall. I thought I would have to return it. My husband installed it and it has not fallen off anymore. He told me that it clicked when he installed it. It holds everything very nicely!

This bath caddy looks great, strong suction.
Very pleased with my purchase the suction to the ceramic tile in my shower is extremely strong. Have no fear about putting anything in there the hooks make it easy to hang up additional items. Looks very neat in the bathroom. Highly recommend.

Easiest install ever
This was the easiest shower caddy install ever. No suction cups that move a couple days after. No stick on hooks. Just press and done. Aesthetically really nice considering they are not overly expensive. Plus having the hooks adjustable makes it really convenient.

Holds Up Well, Not Typical Suction Cups
My dad is in assisted living. He has his own shower but there are no amenities in it. Not even a soap dish. I got this for him, it's quite large and holds lots of things besides soap. Will hold wet washcloths, shampoo, liquid soap.... I'm talking about big heavy bottles.... and he can hang is shower brush on it. The suction cups are not like any I've seen before. Make sure the tile is dry, place the cady and press the suction cups. They have a strong hold. If you need to remove the cady, just use a credit card to stick under the edge of the suction cup. When pressing the suction cup, you will hear a 'click' and you will know it is in place. But if you have small tile in your shower, may not work because of spaces between tile. The directions point this out. Not sure if the online ad does, so I thought I'd add that also.

Not at all what was advertised
This product was offered as a replacement for an out of stock item.First off the adherence mechanism is completely different and the directions are less than helpful. The whole thing does not rely on suction as much as the adherence material on the suction ( the original product has no sticky substance so this is not a one to one replacement). Then the directions say if not laced correct or need to move then slip the “removal card” behind the suction. THERE US NO REMOVAL CARD PROVIDED and even if there was it would not work because you need to remove the sticky substance along with the suction.Waste of my time, my money, snd my energy.I would give this a —5 stars.

Designed and Built Well - Thought put into Sizing and Function
Holding well for a week now, on a fiberglass shower wall. Placement on wall easy. A mini scraper-like tool is included to make braking the suction and removing the rack easy. (cleaning)I have not put heavy items in it: Two bars of soap - each in a bamboo container, a soap-sized pumice stone, razor, foot exfoliation paddle, and exfoliation sponge.Access to items easy. Holds them securely. Slid two hooks together to hang a razor (securely). Hooks are the right size for accepting all items correctly.The appearance is much better than a wire wrack over the shower head pipe and is out of the way of the hardware. Easily cleaned. Easy to do the minimal assembly. Had clear directions. Protrusion is not impinging inordinately on space.

New bathroom, complicated shower device, unable to use an over the shower head holder.Adhere well, room for all my products, hooks hold things with strings. And it’s against the wall, so out of view she just looking into shower room.
