Rhino Fitness Slam Ball

Get's the job done. Is as expected. Came on time and properly packaged. I have not had it long enough to give more detailed review.

Perfect for wall and floor slams. I've had for almost a year and haven't had to add air at all.

Love this soft weighted ball. Easy to grip and a great way to add weight to all kinds of workouts. Really happy with it.

It's a slam ball. You know what it does, and you know how it's used. The workouts all SUCK, but they're effective. If you're looking to increase your explosive energy and movement, this is the tool.

My doctor had recommended a personal trainer (another story for another day), and she introduced me to the Medicine ball - both the ones that will bounce, and the ones that don't. This is the second kind. She had me working with a 10#, so going to a 15# was a bit of a stretch, but glad I did. It doesn't take long to get the heart rate up, the sweat to start - and I don't sweat easily - and the muscles tingling. Its a great alternative to traditional weights, resistance bands, and other tools for those of us who work out at home and don't have room for something like a total gym. and its fun, or at least my idea of fun
