S.M.S.L D400ES

I purchased a recondition SMSL D400ES from the factory through Amazon. I wasn't able to hook the unit until a month later and only listened to my system through the dac for a short time. Months later I ordered some new cds and decided to spend some time listening to my system. At this point the remote control stopped working. Contacted Amazon service staff and they connected me to SMSL customer service. The staff at SMSL suggested to turn on and off the unit and also to replace the batteries on the remote control. None of which made any difference. Afterwards, they said that a new remote control will be in the mail. I just received the remote and now I'm enjoying using the remote. I was so happy with their customer service that I just ordered their new PL200 MQA cd player.

Nach nicht mal einem halben Jahr lässt das Gerät sich schon nicht mehr in Betrieb nehmen.Zudem kommt, was für mich nicht so wichtig war, das das Abschalten der Soundfilter nicht möglich ist und nach Aussage von Betroffenen ein Softwarefehler des Herstellers ist,den der Hersteller nicht beheben will ...

Desde el principio me estuvo dando problemas sonoros en forma de distorsión sonora cuando se elige PCM off y cualquier filtro de Color de sonido. He hablado con un responsable de SMSL y me ha dicho que no hay ningún firmware que solucione este desperfecto. Como aún tengo tiempo para devolverlo al haberlo comprado en fechas navideñas lo mantendré hasta el último momento pensaré si merece la pena tenerlo así con ese fallo o devolverlo.la única solución que me daban desde SMSL fue que dejara los valores de fábrica y no moviera ningún valor de los que trae para escuchar la música.Finalmente lo devolví porque el fabricante no me dio solución a los problemas de distorsión sonora.

It seemed like a good product but no remote in the box. Returned.
