Cost not sustainable, doesn't increase my performance at all.
Mild taste, which is good. Cost per serving is crazy. I was able to buy the same carbs in this, 90 servings for $17. Then adding an electrolyte powder at about 20 cents a serving.This brand is over $2/serving with no noticeable difference for me. But to be fair, I don't notice a difference making my own either.Doesn't do much for me, price isn't sustainable.
