Excellent walking workouts that are very fun to do. So much variety. The scenery is beautiful. I now have all of Jessica's DVD's and I love them all.

As for as the workout goes it is great the only problem is , the dvd is not clear and and I had to play the dvd on a old tv and dvd player. It would not play on our blue ray tv which should play any dvds.
