The media could not be loaded.  I mean….the price for the quality did not match up for me. The app can use some updates as well….but it got the job done for sure. It is a little difficult to put the paper in, there is nothing holding it to the feeder and you have to clean it very often to get it to print as good as the first time. It was beautifully packaged and easy to set up and use. I’ve just begun my tattoo journey so i don’t use it as frequent as someone who has many clients so I wouldn’t recommend it for someone who would be using it daily.

This stencil copier arrived and works perfectly. It arrived very well packaged and was very simple to set up. The power switch is located on the copier's back left side. It comes with ten stencil transfer sheets, but I think it would be preferable if they weren't rolled up. The app needed to pair with this device is absolutely trash. There’s no resizing of the picture you want to print. Be ready to resize the image file 10 times to get your prints semi close to the size you would like it to be!

This product is great, and after posting an earlier review that I can’t find I wanted to update it, you can now resize and move the images in the app, great update 5 stars!

Printer now only prints half my image. I have left it to charge over night, cleaned it, left it off for a few hours to cool and nothing works. Bought this in march 2023 and it’s already broken. And I can’t get a refund because it’s been over 30 days

The machine's wireless capabilities were a huge advantage. It allowed me to move freely around the workspace without worrying about cords getting in the way or being tethered to a specific spot. The Bluetooth connection was stable and reliable throughout the entire process.
