A bit like a stale pint of cider left out for a ...
So I decided to go with a local british made ACV instead of the popular more expensive American brand that everyone's raving about.Well, you can definately smell and taste the Cider apples. A bit like a stale pint of cider left out for a day, but I'm sure it's a lot better for you :pThough having said that, when diluted with water as per the usual recommendations online, I though there wasn't much acidity at all.Make sure you read the descriptions in the advert...."Apple Cider Vinegar Diluted to 3.5% Acidity" The American brand is around 5%, so I'm guessing you get more water in this brand than the more expensive American Brand.That means, dilute with less water or use more of the raw product than stated in the online videos on dosing with ACV.I'm now thinking the 946ml isn't going to last long drinking it 3-4 times a day, and I should have gone with the 2.5 or 5L bottle instead.

I bought this item for my diet , to lose weight the only thing is the taste , apart from that I wish it was a little bigger tub .
