This was purchased for my partner to replace a troublesome fire - she's absolutely delighted with it! It's beautiful in both form and function. As we're not as young as we were, the remote facility is absolutely great, saving a great deal of to-ing and fro-ing. To those who complain of motor noise, I can only say I can't see what on earth you're saying - it IS a fan-driven fire, after all, and we find the sound to be no more than a barely audible whisper, whilst giving out a great volume of heat (2 settings).The looks can't be faulted - it comes carefully packed and although instructions are included, they're really not needed, as assembly is so intuitive. When first switched on, the effect is quite startling, with the flame effect being amazingly realistic; the backlight can be switched on -a range of different colour effects - or left off, as the mood takes you.All in all, this fire is amazing value for money - a great product from a trustworthy seller. Recommended without reservations.

lovely lookling fire
this fire is easy mounted on to the wall, lovely looking and very modern but it makes a noise but not enough to distract you and because the heat is upwards it takes a while for the room to warm up, but well worth the money.

Stylish necessity
I wanted an electric heater that would be a focal point in my living room. The instructions were tricky to follow but once I secured the bracket to the wall the heater fit nicely. Love the look and range of colours and it kicks out a lot of heat. I have a Victorian home that takes a bit to heat but this does the trick without eating through electric.

Nice effects
Nice electric wall heater with multiple fire effects. Would recommend the product and was easy to install

Almost perfect
The fire looks great works well and is easy to wall mount. The remote stopped working after a couple of days but was quite easy to fix but because of that 4 stars not 5
