Ok as a rehab tool, but not for a proper forearm workout
If you have very weak wrists or any sort of injury or pain in them I think this is a great tool to help strengthen them. To build proper strength though there is simply not enough resistance. You do get somewhat of a pump after a while, but I found the pain from the device digging into my arm muscles was more painful than the pump itself.

Really helps strengthen wrist and forearm
This is an excellent product. It really does strengthen your wrists and forearms. 95% comfortable but the pain of exercising soon makes you forget about the other missing 5% of comfort!!I bought two of them so I can exercise both arms at the same time, Great value for money.

Good idea but too small
Appeared as if it would work but sadly was too small to fit comfortably on my wrists. Average weight, muscular build but sadly no good. Would be great if they manufactured a larger model.

Will work the muscles, but lacks enough tension
I have had this product for a few days, so I cannot comment on the durability. I will revise the review if anything goes wrong with it.I wasn't sure what to expect from this exerciser. Forearms are notoriously difficult to isolate, and I have tried various exercises in the past, from wrist curls with weights, to wrist rollers. There's always something that doesn't quite work.In the case of this exerciser, I selected the more difficult tension, as I am reasonably athletic although my forearm strength isn't amazing. I could do 15+ reps the very first time I used the equipment, on both overarm and underarm curls, also using my weaker arm, so it wasn't really providing a challenge. In terms of the movement, it is good. It retains tension throughout, and is enough to make the forearms feel like they are doing some work, but I would have liked a lot more tension. I still think it's useful, just to work the muscles a bit, but only to strengthen weaknesses and maybe add a bit of wrist stability.

good
I liked the idea and needed something to strength my wrists, i use it but it is very tough and i do not manage it fully, there should be some sort of adjustment levels added so one can choose what stregth to start from and work up to. Overall I am perserving with it as it does give some relief, thoug it will be along time before i get to use it to the full capacity, this to some can be off putting. on the down side, i have very small hands and slim arms and find it very difficult to enter into the product, so I will be suspect to buy it as a male as it is cumbersome for me!
