Easy to use, just plug it in. Another review complained about not being able to reset it, but that's simple - just hold + and - keys, as per the instructions.One odd thing is that for low power usage, 0.1 W or so, it doesn't register the total usage, even when running for many hours.Handy for figuring out things like how much it costs to boil the kettle or watch 3 hours of TV.

This item was ordered on 17th Jan 2024 and delivered the next day. It was securely packaged and, once I had unpacked it, my first impression was that it appeared robust and well made. The instructions were clear and informative and with a high standard of English language.I purchased the product with the intention of testing the electrical circuit that I plan to use to trickle charge my electric vehicle. Potentially a big job for a relatively inexpensive and small device. I firstly tested it on several domestic appliances e.g. bedside lamp, toaster and kettle. The meter device worked perfectly and gave, what appeared to me to be, accurate readings (I was unable to independently check the readings but they were in the range that I would expect for those devices). I have subsequently checked the meter on my car and once again it has given readings within the expected range.I have not used the meter to calculate the cost of electricity used so make no comment on that function.I have the backlit display version of the meter and found it very easy to read the display in a variety of lighting conditions (e.g. in well a lit room and in a darkened room).Having read adverse comments on other similar, but cheaper, devices I did not have great expectations, but based on my experience in using the meter several times in a fairly short period of time I have no hesitation in recommending it to other buyers.

This is a well made monitor but I have found it diffcult to set up and not getting correct readings from it.I have not had it long so may be something I,ve missed as instructions are poor.

What a great meter. Packaging was not the best, but the meter was undamaged and appears to be very durable. Functionally it is very easy to set up and read. Tested with my garage heater and it automatically measured Kwhour usage, time on and cost, once the tariff per unit was entered. The Tariff per Kwh is stored on the meter and only has to be entered once. When the heater thermostat cut in the timer stopped automatically. As soon as the thermostat switched back on the timer re-started from the previous reading. Very happy with this meter, I want it to check what my PHEV car charging is costing and how long it takes to charge. This is perfect for that job.

I'm an electrical engineer so went for this power monitor because I read other reviews of the most popular one that sells on this platform where people said you had to push different buttons to get where you want to go and kwh totals weren't correct etc. This KETOTEK unit has shortcut buttons to take you quickly to the information you want and is so simple to use. The totaliser for kwh also works brilliantly. I know it doesn't have a backlight and it's more expensive but I'd rather have a unit that works properly and pay the extra cash.

Smart looking. This model has backlighting which is worth the small extra amount of money. Bought to keep check on electricity consumption of devices plugged into a socket. Useful to make sure you are not overloading the 13 amp socket when having more than one device connected through a multiplug extension lead. Good for checking electricity drain used by devices on standby setting. Overall very pleased.

I wanted something to find out how much I was spending charging my EV car up every day, also to have a better understanding what things around the house were costing me to run,This power meter does the job, easily resets each time you use it or you can leave it and accumulate your costs, i love it.

Unsure if the readings are accurate. The display is very hard to read due to no backlight, I had to use a light like the flash on my phone. After one day I cleared the results and the power reading stopped working.The buttons don’t make sense either, why is a + symbol for Watts? Lazy design. The packaging is a basic white box. Avoid, buy something else.
