I have a variety of washable pee pads for one of my special needs cats. His Cerebellar Hypoplasia makes him wobbly and while he can stand, walk, run, he did not learn how to actually stand in the litterbox prior to us adopting him. He lays down to do his business. After several make-shift litterboxes, we settled on a washing machine tray with washable pee pads. The tray is low enough for my cat to get in, he can do his thing, and wobble out. I do change the pads out often because he lays down on them, but they hold up well given they are washed frequently. Absorbency is fine, no issues there. I use a larger size on the bottom of the tray and smaller ones on top so he can do the "cover my pee" motion cats do. He rarely goes #2 on these, but when he has, we have been able to wash without issue. No lingering smell on these after washing. I bleach them and the colors do not change.

Great product purchased for my 2 pups. Very absorbent, don't smell like disposable ones. Good for the environment and wash well. I will be purchasing some more.

Pad is very absorbent, and does the job! I use it as an in-between when we can’t go to the yard or for a walk because of rain. It’s surprisingly durable. My puppies like to chew, so they’ve gotten hold of it a couple times, but no ripping. It’s been a couple months later, and one of the boys left a little hole. But nothing major.

I use these under disposable pads because my dog can’t aim. This keeps my floors clean and dry. They work great!
