Best 3rd party controllers we've ever bought
These are some really good controllers for the price, and you can change the colors to your own custom layout. We bought multiples, and they are all holding up well and are also plug and play with our pcs. Power A controllers are the closest thing to the feeling of an actual Xbox One / Xbox S/X controller in your hand without feeling like they sacrificed price for durability. I have been a gamer for 35 years now and I know what it was like to buy a Mad Catz controller decades ago. Often they were the ONLY NON FACTORY OPTION... and they either came broken or broke almost instantly XD. With that said, I have experienced so many different 3rd party controllers and these guys can really make a decent controller. I tell everyone about these controllers and I will always come back for more.

Great controller for the price
Works with every game I've thrown at it so far. It feels solid, and button responsiveness is snappy. The control stick works well and has almost no drift. If there is drift, Windows has a built in way to correct it with dead zone management. If you need a good controller on a budget, definitely consider this option.4.5/5

I like it!
Awesome controller!!Connect automatically, is very sleek. It is a little heavy but absolutely is a bargain and I love it you should buy it if you need a wired controller and are tired of burning through batteries!

Very Reliable Controller
I have purchased two of these now, one for my daughter who has been using hers the longest and one to replace both of my Razer controllers (Wolverine V2 and V3 - which both had to be RMA'd and still are useless junk going into a second round of RMA). All features are good. good weight, nice grip texture, and buttons on the bottom can be mapped on the fly, which I have found surprisingly useful.for anyone who rates this one lower than 5 stars, I would love to know which wired controllers are better than this for the price. Also, I was dead surprised at how well the DPad works considering at first it felt like it was going to be a flat peice, but no, it works well. It all works well and is reliable.

I so want to love these controllers
I want to love these controllers. But sadly I can’t say I love them. They don’t last long enough before parts wear out. To be fair this is the same with all controllers I have tried, whether it be Microsoft’s or PowerA or other brands. I mostly play Overwatch 2. I am an older adult, and do not abuse my controllers. I take care of them, no letting them drop to the floor etc. But it never fails, these controllers last about 2-3 months before I start noticing drift, or button sticking or they are not as responsive. By 6 months they are unusable. This goes for all controllers. They just don’t make them like they used to. I switched to PowerA a couple years ago, because I was tired of dropping so much cash every time my Microsoft controller did this. I was super pleased with the PowerA. I love the programmable back buttons. The cord is long and removable. (I hate messing with batteries.) And they function and feel very much like Microsoft. I still have to replace them every 3-4 months but for a third to half the cost of Microsoft’s. I have never tried to mess with any warranty. I’m too busy and that’s too much of a hassle. I find the PowerA to be better than the other off brand controllers I have tried. So as long as you have realistic expectations for these controllers, I believe you will be content with the purchase.

Frustrating at first, Overall good.
**UPDATED**After refusing to accept defeat, I found a Reddit thread with the solution to the problem. The controller had to be manually reset and calibrated. There are no instructions for this process from powerA that I could find. I deducted one star for the lack of support, minimal instructions, and frustration getting started. The product would be 5 stars without those issues. The controller doesn't feel as cheap as I expected at this price point. The RGB customization is a fun feature. The right thumbstick has the tiniest bit of drift but that is corrected through the app with a slight deadzone. I appreciate that the power cable is long and can be detached from the controller. I am happy with this purchase overall.*Previous 1 star review*I took this product out of the box to set it up and the triggers do not work. The setup app does not register that they are being pressed. There is no troubleshooting guide for this issue and no amount of resets, unplugs, or updates has helped. Reddit had a few suggestions but they did not help either.Skip this headache.
