Trying to find something to fill the void in nutrition with my diet. These are easy to swallow. Not experiencing any noticeable side effects.Price is acceptable.

This is a nice combination of ingredients, but I was mostly interested in the quercetin.

I ordered this supplement to help with my fitness routine recovery. The other touted benefits include Antioxidants and supports immune health. I normally put cinnamon on everything. This is a bonus to have it absorbed directly.

Love that they combine 7 different ingredients that I take every morning into one. No offensive flavor or scent, and easy to swallow. Gives me a great "cup of coffee" level of energy for hours without going over-board. Love that its made in the USA.

I ordered this supplement mainly for the Quercetin, which I've been taking for years, to minimize post nasal drip. It also contains Turmeric, which I take to reduce inflammation. Green tea nauseates me on an empty stomach, but I take this capsule in the morning on an empty stomach and it doesn't bother me. It also has Grapeseed, Hawthorne Berry, Berberine and Rhodiola Rosea in lesser quantities. I've read about the beneficial qualities of these over the years, but never taken them before.This is touted as a high potency supplement, equivalent to 23,400 mg per capsule, which begs the question equivalent to what? The actual mg count of the ingredients in two capsules is a little over 1000 mg. On the side of caution, I just take one capsule a day.This supplement is third party tested which means an independent lab tests it to make sure it has what it claims to and does not have impurities. It is also supposed to be organic, but I could not find the USDA organic stamp on the label.

I found that the doses were easy to swallow and the instructions were not difficult to read. The taste is pleasant. Worth a try. Satisfied and recommended.

On the surface, this is Quercetin with a bevy of other powerhouse ingredients. Suspect is that they are all extracts at high ratios, which the manufacturer claims are the equivalent of the whole powder, when the reality is that the extraction process has probably discarded nutrients responsible for the substance's reputation (this is always true, though much more so when extracting at high ratios). Even more suspicious is the claim that these pills contain a Quercetin extract at a 30:1 ration, since Quercetin is already an isolated flavonoid and is therefore impossible to extract.Approach this supplement with suspicion. It may contain something of value in it, but a lot about the formulation it claims to contain is questionable.

This supplement has the seven ingredients that are just right for me: Quercetin (respiratory, cardiovascular), Green tea (weight management and energy), Turmeric (joint, memory, digestion), Hawthorn Berry (cardiovascular, circulation, aging), Berberine (digestion, cardiovascular), Grape seed (aging, cardiovascular , Rhodiola Rosea (brain, mood). I’ve been taking it about a week and thus far no negative effects or reactions. I have noticed that my joint pain hasn’t been as excruciating the last few days, but this could be a coincidence. I’ll keep taking them until I finish the bottle and then I’ll update my review. I take the supplement at night. They’re easy to swollen.
